Spirit Possession Mechanics
Set in the dense neon-lit streets of Kowlong, players assume the role of "Hyoki", an entity devoid of physical form. To combat "Slitterheads"—monsters masquerading as human beings—Hyoki must leap rapidly between human hosts, utilizing their blood as deadly weapons.

Scored by legendary composer Akira Yamaoka (famous for Silent Hill), Slitterhead's sound design combines industrial distortion, trip-hop percussion, and screeching biological feedback to create a distinctive dark soundscape on PlayStation 5.
